Select all declaration confirmations I have read and understood the biosecurity information on the website for this event and requirements provided by the organiser and will fully comply with them at all times. * To the best of my knowledge, the birds I am bringing have not been in contact with any notifiable avian disease agents and do not show any signs of infection or disease. * The birds do not originate from premises under any notifiable avian disease restrictions or control zones. * I will fully complete the Sellers Form with the details of all birds attending the event prior to arrival, and acknowledge this Form will be cross checked and validated against the birds before entry is granted. * I will present my birds for visual health inspection before they enter the main gathering area and understand that suspect birds may be isolated, with movements potentially restricted until APHA instructions are received. * I meet the membership requirements for the event: I am a current member of The Parrot Society UK. I will provide proof if requested. * If notifiable avian disease is suspected or if the venue falls within a disease control zone: I will not move any birds off the premises without permission from DEFRA and I understand that birds may need to remain on-site. * I agree to accurately record all bird sales / exchanges on the PSUK Seller Form paperwork and submit this to the PSUK before leaving the event. * I will monitor my birds for signs of disease throughout the event and raise any concerns with the PSUK or the Welfare Officer. * I will not bring any cage, crate, basket, receptacle or other container into the event which is visibly contaminated with bird droppings or other material of bird origin, other than faeces produced during the transportation of the birds to the gathering. *
