Newark Show is held twice a year at the Newark & Nottinghmashire Showground, Winthrope, Nottinghamshire, NG24 2NY, on a Sunday, normally in April and November. Doors open at 9.30 am. The events are advertised in our members' monthly magazine, received by all PSUK members. There is a wide range of cage and aviary birds kept by hobbyist breeders available to purchase. In addition to the many live birds, there are trade stands selling cages, aviaries, seeds, food and supplements. The PSUK always has a stand at these shows, with officers present to chat and welcome you. The shows are organised by the East Midlands Bird Breeders Association (EMBBA), and there is free parking. 2020 and 2021 shows were cancelled owing to the coronavirus pandemic.
